ESR e-Learning
When viewing your training compliance matrix and E-learning content, you will also need to log in to ESR. We have produced an ESR e-Learning User Guide allowing you to take responsibility for your own compliance for training.
You can also complete your e-learning for Health (eLFH), following this user guide. If you are utilising the eLFH learning platform, please ensure your GMC number and email address are entered into your eLFH account to ensure the completion of any training transfers to ESR.
Follow this guide for further information about using eLFH to ensure your completed e-learning is linked to ESR.

Training module FAQs
I have a valid ALS Instructor certificate do I have to complete adult basic life support?
If this was issued within the last 12 months you can ask if your host organisation can upload the details to ESR but it will only be valid for 12 months from the date of completion. They will need to see the certificate of completion to do this.
How do I complete the face-to-face part of Oliver McGowan training?
Lead Employer do not offer this, and you will need to speak with your host about the opportunies available to complete this.
You should ask your host organisation as they can upload the details to ESR; they will need to see the certificate of completion to do this.
Please ask you host organisation to update your ESR record in this scenario.
My host organisation doesn't offer moving and handling level 2?
We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve this. You will be notified as soon as we have an update.
How do I complete safeguarding and adults practical training?
You must complete face-to-face practical safeguarding training as part of your mandatory learning. Although the course appears on ESR, ESR doesn't deliver this training, so any bookings made there will be cancelled.
To complete the training, you must arrange it through your host provider, who will locate a local course and book you onto it. After attendance, your host will update your ESR record to confirm completion.
How to get proof of mandatory training completion?
If you need proof of all the mandatory training you have completed or will be leaving Lead Employer, download our guide which shows you how to download this information from ESR.
