Neurodivergent colleagues-in-training bring a remarkable set of talents to the workplace, making it essential to raise awareness and knowledge of neurodivergence in work settings.
Typically, you cannot tell if someone is neurodivergent just by looking at them, as neurodivergent conditions are invisible. This can lead to barriers and needs being overlooked.
