Welcome to your Wellbeing Hub

We're here to support you!
The Health, Work and Wellbeing (HWWB) service is your main contact for matters relating to your wellbeing and your mental and physical health.
We recognise the unique concerns you face as a medical professional - a demanding training schedule, frequent rotations and the pressures both inside and outside of work – and that it may feel daunting to seek help in matters of physical and mental health.
We're proud to offer an extensive service throughout all aspects of your training journey. Our free, confidential services are on hand to provide non-judgemental and proactive support no matter what difficulties you may face.
Please take some time to familiarise yourself with the contact details below and also our wellbeing booklet which shares more inormation on the support you can access as an NHS colleague-in-training during your time in specialty training.

During your training, you may need to make a self-referral through to the HWWB department.
Our colleagues-in-training wellbeing referral system allows you to refer your concern within minutes to our Wellbeing Team, who will then action your request with specialised care and support.
If you believe that you are in a mental health crisis and require urgent medical assistance, please dial 999.
