Medical Clearance

Medical reports are a mandatory requirement

It'S a condition of your pre-employment clearance that we receive a satisfactory medical report from the Health, work and wellbeing (HWWB) department before you commence your duties.

You're required to comply with Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS trust and local requirements regarding fitness to work, including vaccinations and blood results.

How to complete your medical clearance

You will receive an email proving you with a web link, a user ID and password to allow you access to a pre-placement medical questionnaire.

Any vaccinations or immunisations records are to be sent directly to the health, work and Wellbeing team - Hwwb.recruitment@sthk.nhs.uk.
