Management Information

Management Information (MI) is confidential information that is held by Lead Employer for colleagues-in-training. Colleagues-in-training rotate to various host organisations as part of their speciality training. This MI process is for existing colleagues-in-training who are already employed with LE.

MI is shared with host organisations during rotations to ensure relevant details are communicated, supporting the colleague-in-training throughout each of their training placements.

Lead Employer share MI both eight weeks before rotation and two weeks before rotation.
