All you need to know throughout your training
We appreciate that you will attend many inductions as you begin your training or rotate to new placements. To ease this process, we've created a video and downloadable PDF of the Lead Employer induction which walks you through all you need to know about your employment with us. Welcome booklet
Our welcome booklet is your very first introduction to Lead Employer and highlights the different departments that you will come across during your time in employment.
The booklet provides a wide range of useful information on the services we provide as your employer and details the support and guidance to which you're entitled to as an employee of both Lead Employer and the NHS.
DFT - Induction Session 2026
