Supporting you throughout your training journey

Throughout your training journey we liaise with both your host organisation and NHS England to ensure you’re supported in the right way.

Your host organisation will provide your training environment, in addition to local supervision and management. NHS England will provide supervision and monitor progress of your training, ensuring consistency with the handling and resolution of concerns relating to capability and health.

We’re responsible for overseeing all of your employment matters, such as:

- Providing access to all policies, processes and forms

- Helping to assist with your employment queries

- Providing the best possible wellbeing support
