Resident Doctor Forums
*Please note that you should now find and sign up to our Resident Doctor Forums (RDFs) via our TicketTailor page. Forums are added to this page a couple of weeks prior to each RDF. Please also note that the instruciton video above still applies, but features the forum's former title of JDF.
The Resident Doctor Forums represent a safe opportunity for colleagues-in-training to address concerns related to work conditions, education and training, supporting the work of the Guardian of Safe Working in ensuring that colleagues working hours and conditions are effectively monitored and their contractual rights are upheld.
The forum is an opportunity for colleagues-in-training of all grades to come together locally and work together to ensure their colleague’s views and concerns are represented to management, and to share knowledge and ideas about improving their working lives.
How You Can Get Involved
The next Resident Doctors Forums will take place on the following dates over Microsoft Teams. Please note, these forums only apply to those colleagues who are in a placement with less than 10 trainees, for example: Public Health, GPST and Palliative Medicine.
