Contacting Us - TRAC Systems 

TRAC is an online recruitment programme that allows your employer to perform all relevant pre-employment checks. 

 

During your pre-employment journey, you will stay in contact with Lead Employer and provide all relevant documentation via TRAC systems. This form of communication will show in email format and will simply require response to all emails requesting the required details. 

 

How to use Trac to communicate with us

 

All correspondence will come through your email via TRAC as the sender, and our video will show you how to directly respond with all required information.

 

Documents sent via Lead Employer inbox will be delayed in being actioned due to correspondence needing to be within TRAC. To stop any delays please take a look at the video below on how to communicate via TRAC.
