Mindful Monday Every Monday 

During your training with Lead Employer, we want to remind all our colleagues in training about the support they can access. Just like Mindful Monday, organised by The Wellbeing Hub at St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals.

Mindful Monday starts your week with 15 minutes of a variety of Mindful Practices designed to energise, focus and bring calmness to your busy week ahead.
