We need your feedback to keep improving the service
Every year, we reach out to our hosts and colleagues-in-training to ask for valuable feedback that helps shape our service delivery priorities for the year ahead.

Here’s a snapshot of what colleagues-in-training and hosts told us in 2025 - and what’s changed in the last 12 months because of you:
- You told us receiving work schedules on time was key. We are working with Host Trusts to improve this and will launch a centralised scheduling system by January 2026.
- You told us accessing wellbeing support was getting easier. We will continue to work with Health, Work and Wellbeing (HWWB) to simplify materials and promote services.
- You told us the Helpdesk service has improved, but there’s more to do. We will continue enhancing host-facing documentation, explore a Chatbot for real-time support, and improve query tracking.
- You told us access to information on absence management could be improved. We are developing smarter attendance systems and creating an Absence Working Group with host representatives to co-design solutions.
- You told us onboarding times have improved. We are completing a full review by March 2026 to streamline processes and strengthen communication.
- You told us progress on Less Than Full Time (LTFT) arrangements and reasonable adjustments is valued. We will continue virtual knowledge sessions and work with NHS England to streamline approval timelines.
- You told us data sharing through SharePoint is helping - and you want more. We will complete rollout to all regions by the end of 2025 and provide refresher training and simplified guides to make access easier.
