Join our team for weekly virtual wellbeing sessions
Every week our Wellbeing team facilitate three sessions which you can join for free.
Mindful Monday
At 12pm on Mondays, join the team for a 15-minute session focusing on becoming fully present in the moment and being aware of your thoughts and feelings. Mindfulness has been shown to have various benefits, including reducing anxiety and depression, and improving overall wellbeing.

At 4pm on Thursdays, join the team for a 15-minute session focusing on all things de-stressing - essential for mental and physical health.

Feel Good Friday
At 12.15pm on Fridays, join the team for a short chair yoga session which helps with increased flexibility, improves balance and coordination, and enhances core strength.
