As you begin your foundation year, we would like to wish all of our new colleagues-in-training the warmest welcome to Lead Employer.
Who is Lead Employer?
Lead Employer is part of the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and currently employ over 12,000 doctors and dentists-in-training, based across the UK.
Throughout your foundation year we will be your sole employer which means one point of contact for your employment queries meaning one less thing for you to worry about.
During your training, Lead Employer are responsible for overseeing employment matters such as:
- Issuing your contract
- Supporting you throughout your pre-employment process
- Providing access to policies, processes and forms
- Helping to assist you with queries
- Providing the best wellbeing support
