We need your feedback to keep improving the service
Every year, we reach out to our hosts and colleagues-in-training to ask for valuable feedback that helps shape our service delivery priorities for the year ahead. Before you dive into 2024 surveys, we wanted to let you know that your feedback from our 2023 surveys has had a huge impact on the service.
A snapshot of what's changed in the last 12 months because of you:

You told us the website was difficult to navigate so we re-designed the layout and introduced training speciality hubs, so you can find the information most relevant to you

You told us that Lead Employer processes and policies can be hard to digest, so we introduced over 70 virtual knowledge sessions to direct you to what you need, and answer any queries you have

You told us it was often confusing trying to track your queries, so we are implementing a new customer service ticketing solution which will provide reference numbers so you can track or find a status update for each query you make

You told us that the time it takes to be onboarded can often be long, so we've introduced automation bots to support pre and post-hire processes, including the issuing of conformation of employment letters

You told us that there were varying times in which you recieved work schedules, so we've launched a Sharepoint pilot to monitor work schedule compliance which has demonstrated a huge improvement in the sharing of data
