The Junior Doctor forum is an opportunity for junior doctors of all grades to come together locally.
It's a chance to speak freely to ensure that their colleague’s views and concerns are represented to management, as well as to share knowledge and ideas about improving their working lives.
The forums look to address concerns pertaining to:

Working hours

Education and training
All to support the work of the Guardian of Safe Working to ensure junior doctors contractual rights are upheld.
The forums will take place quarterly via Teams with email invites being sent out around 6 weeks before each forum. If you haven't recevied your invite but would like to join the session, please email le.enquiries@sthk.nhs.uk
