ESR removing payslip print function - September 2024

The Electronic Staff Record (ESR) team are moving away from printable payslips, P60s and P45s, while digital access will still be available. For existing trainees and those preparing to leave us after completing their training, this means you have six months to download and print pay and employment-related paperwork.
A summary of what you need to know...
From 1st September 2024, payslips, P60s and P45s will no longer be available via the current ESR print provider. This means we're unable to request P45s, payslips (including for leavers) to be printed and delivered following the closure of the payroll process.
A solution is currently being developed to allow employees to access and print their final payslip and P45 via the ESR portal for a limited period after 1st September. Subject to successful development and testing, this will be available from the end of June 2024.
