Self-care power hour - develop your wellbeing plan!

If you need to create a realistic and practical wellbeing plan that works for your world, then this will be an hour well invested.
Protea Solutions are running a one-hour virtual session open to all at 12.30pm on Wednesday 13th March focusing on creating on creating wellbeing plans that work for you.
The session will cover:
- Increasing understanding of the elements contributing to mental and physical wellbeing
- Identifying simple ways to help overcome obstacles to prioritising self-care
- Developing a clear, practical, and realistic self-care plan to suit your life
- Knowing that self-care is not a luxury, but a priority, to ensure we have the physical and mental resources we need to be able to do everything else
The session outcomes will be:
- Having renewed commitment to look after yourself so we can do and be everything else
- Feeling the difference!
- Having a plan you will enjoy putting into practice
